Camera Osmo X5 Pro does not work in 30P only in 48 or 60. In 1080 30P or other 30P resolution turns on and off all the time. Does anyone know why?

No, when I select a resolution at 30P, the camera stops working and restarts. I can only record above 30P.

Can you please reset camera settings and then select NTSC format and try again?
If the issue persists, we would appreciate if you could provide us a short video about it and the firmware version.

I've already used Android and iOS, the problem is the same. I already changed cards and it does not change anything. Even without a card, it restarts the camera as in the video. I've switched to the handle of another osmo, but the problem continues. I am very worried because my company uses 30P and I can not record. I need help from DJI to solve it. Please.
