It happened a few times.
When I press the "recording" button it may happen, or it can happen in the recording - shaking in the air more than 1 minute yesterday.
Yesterday another funny thing is lost control of the camera for a few seconds, can't move up/down.

Wind not too strong. Recorded 15 minutes with 2 minutes shaking badly.

I uploaded the flight record to:
http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
File name:
DJIFlightRecord_2018-01-19_[07-32-33]
Video attached.

Support team please help to analysis and provide advice.

Also anyone saw this before? Any idea why this happened?

Thanks!

It is not the Mavic shaking, it is the camera gimbal. Have a good look at how your gimbal is seated as incorrect seating can cause this problem. How old is your Mavic and has it ever been crashed?

Thanks, I checked my Mavic, the position is good, so I guess it is something else.

Today I fly another 1.5 hours, shaking didn't happen, but the "lost control of the camera" happened again - it will last a few seconds, up/down not working, then everything will be back to normal.

When you say  "not really crashed, but it hit the leafs once", what actually happened?

Sir, did you fly your drone with wind at that time? What is the firmware of your drone? Thanks for your support.

Are you using the 8331 propellers on the Mavic Pro ?
These can cause a gimbal vibration

I fly it into the bush and it damaged 1 pair of props but didn't hit the ground as Mavic is smart enough to re-stable in the falling, so it is not a "crash".

Latest Jan 2018 firmware.
Normal wind - not too strong.
Any support guy is looking at the fly log?
Or should I raise a case or something?

Thanks!

I would re-do your FW update.

A few things you can do.
Do a gimbal calibration using the DJI GO 4 app. This will ensure the gimbal has full unobstructed movement.
Check in the app under Warnings to see if there are any warnings regarding the gimbal.
As suggested, refresh your firmware.
If none of that fixes the issue, you should contact support.
