This is my new Inspire 2 with only 1 hour of flight... DJI staff is this normal? Any solution?

There is a lot of discussions here about rattling props. DJI says it is within tolerance. A lot of people here disagrees. So I guess, you have to read and understanding their arguments and make up your mind. Since it is new you have rights to ask for a replacement or a refund.

As above - sadly it is "normal" but definitely not "correct"!
In my view, as one with considerable experience in such matters, no amount of lateral play is acceptable in any propeller mount!

If you are devoted to I2, then, I guess you to ask for a replacement until you have one that is acceptable to you. If you are not, ask for a refund and save yourself trouble and headache down the track. It is only chance now for you to say NO to DJI while the others have just to accept what it is.
