I'm pretty frustrated at this point as i've tried a few things and nothing has worked.

I'm trying to update my Mavic to 1.04.200 and have been trying for weeks on and off. When I tried originally it wouldn't work and now the app won't recognise the mavic anymore.

Next step i 've been trying is to update via PC using the DJI assistant app but the update gets to 44%-54% and I get the windows usb connect/disconnect noise before eventually getting error undefined 0x020106.

I've also tried updating to an older update but also fails!

Appreciate advice on what else to try before sending it back or in for repair.

I got your PM and had forwarded the beta. Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version, it will be working.

SO I dont have this version in my assistant. I have 1.03.1000 and it fails. Ive uploaded error log but doesnt say where it uploads to.

Anything else I can try?

I am terribly sorry for the late reply. Did the issue resolve? If the account doesn't appear the beta, please kindly register another DJI account just for accessing the beta and update it.

I've tried again after calling support this week and being told to remove the dji assistant and download a newer version and now get this error:  032800

I'm so frustrated. Please continue with any advice you have!

Make sure your not near any other wifi or power cords. Bluetooth and try it again using the dJI Go app.

May I know the current firmware are you running with the drone? If it is higher than 1.04.000, the beta firmware might not help. If it is older than this version and the error code is 0x020106, you can provide me with your DJI account to have the beta. Thank you.

Hi there, im having a MPP, freshly bought.,Im having trouble upgrading V01.04.0300 or downgrading it get stuck at 40% (UNIDENTIFIED  0x020104). And doesn't allow me to see when the phone is connected to the DJI GO4 app. It says latest firmware ABNORMAL. Aircraft encoder error 0x4800000. And it says NO SIGNAL in the main screen. Tried reinstalling DJI GO4 and tried with DJI ASSISTANT 2. Still it does not work. How can I overcome this? Does it mean that Im having faulty/malfunctioning MPP?
Any leads to get it fixed much appreciated.
