I'm trying to use a brand new Lexar 64GB, 633X/C10/UHS1 SD card that I bought specifically for the drone. All it says is "Unknown SD error". So I started Googling, and found that this has been reported for months - and still no repsonse that I could find. Only "success" was by people using 32GB Sandisk. I cannot even see an option to format it. It formats fine in a laptop.

I have a 16GB Sandisk - Red/Gray HC. It works but, always says that the disk should be formatted.

Can anyone direct be to a DJI response that helps with this issue? It appears to be a common error. I'm new to DJI - is this typical? (i.e. no response, no fix after months)?
