DJI Software development team,
The current version of the DJI Go app (v.4.1.22) does not allow you to make changes to your settings unless the Spark is connected.  This cuts into the battery life (of all connected devices), and subsequently affects flying time.

Would it be possible in future versions of the app, to allow settings to be altered offline, then sync'd to the aircraft as soon as a link is established?

Interessing idea. I like it.

But what will happen when you use two or more different mobile devices for controlling the drone?
What should then be used?

Buy a Spark for each

Good point.  The most recent change should take precedence and supersede any earlier changes.

Ideally for this situation the DJI Go 4 app would be able to sync across multiple devices. You already need to be signed into a DJI account to use it. Why now allow drone settings to be kept with that account. Yes there is some issue with devices being online vs offline being able to get that update on a wifi only. Plus a DJI like the spark using the phones wifi. Overall that's a lesser issue that can be easily solved vs what saving drone settings to a DJI account could do overall. Long term even if somebody wants to pass settings for an auto setup to a new DJI drone they can simply as well in the same way.
