This should be a helping community to grow the channel, this aint instagram where people follow and then unfollow once they get the followers, shouldnt be treated that way. thats just shady! i see a lot of people already doing that...

I think the new YT rules are too hard for me to ever honor them. 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of view are high numbers, unless you have something really special to show on your channel. The videos we show each other here are no longer as special as they could have been a couple of years ago. And by the way - I don't care about the money... they were never the reason I created a channel.

Maybe it it better to send "personal message" to the person on whom's channel you have just subscribed... post your channel in that message!

That keeps this thread clean, only post if you are new in this thread and want us to subscribe to your channel...

Totally agree. This shouldn't be a chance to get a bunch of subs and the unscubscribe from everyone.

For a few of the channels I've subscribed to, I've already watched at least one video and made a comment. I plan to do that for each of the channels in this thread that I've subscribed to.

it was easier last year when there was less to choose from. For me the portability aspect is essential - now there are a few small drones and with apparently decent cameras - good luck with yr tough choice.

For a few of the channels I've subscribed to, I've already watched at least one video and made a comment. I plan to do that for each of the channels in this thread that I've subscribed to.

Also, you wouldn't know who subbed to your channel. I've noticed some have chosen to make their subs public which is what I did.

It's simple go to the settings in YT and make subs public.



Channel settings ----> click on the settings wheel next to the red sub button:
Privacy
Keep all my liked videos private
Keep all my subscriptions private ------? uncheck this option for your avatar to show.
Keep all my saved playlists private
Access more options in Account settings.

Very much in doubt now, Mavic Air or Pro.
Not sure about the exact details of the Air yet (like course lock etc.) but it looks promising.
