When I play .mov movie file from SD Card. This movie play without audio.

Let me explain

I copy other movie file to SD card. This movie file already convert to .mov file type.
And then, I insert SD card to DJI Goggles.
When I play this movie file. It playing without audio.

May I have the model of your product? Is it a drone or Osmo series product?

If it is an unedited file off the drone you aren’t going to get any sound, as the drone doesn’t have a microphone. Other drone videos that you may have seen online are other models that are designed to accommodate GoPros which record with sound.

I copy other movie files (not from drone) to MicroSD Card. These movie files type are .mp4 , .mov.
And then, I inserted this MicroSD Card to DJI Goggles and I choice Playback option.
I can play these movies without audio. Actually I want to play with audio.
