A lot of pilots customize the settings of their software. It should be able to save and load/reload the customized settings. You get used to the feel and the way the bird flies. Then when the app crashes and you have to reload it, your settings are gone.  I took screen captures of the settings. But that isn't the point. This is an easy fix.

Sir, may I know what settings do your mention to? Some settings are saved in flight controller, like main controller settings, gimbal settings, they will not be reset when you reinstall the APP.
But for the latest Mavic firmware, the main controller settings will get reset and we have made it clear in release note. Thank you so much for your understanding.
