I believe you get the code and then apply it when you buy the drone. When you have completed the testing that DJI outlines, you return the drone and get your money back (please don't think this is perfectly right, this is how I interpreted the information)

I singed up.  I am a Mavic owner.  I am on my second Mavic.  I am traveling internationally and posting my travels at:  https://wheresthemap.info

I just got through hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.  Got a lot of great shots with the Mavic.
I do think my travel documentaries would do well to have the Mavic Air in our tool kit.

The Mavic Air is so lowkey, compact and easily deployed.  I like the slow motion 1080 px via 120fps.  
The rear motion detection will be interesting to test.

I would give DJI a full review of the product and if it is everything that I hope it will be, i will buy one for my travels.

No one did from what I've been reading. I signed up yesterday within the hour of this post and didn't receive my priority shipment code...

Signed up! I'm going to Korea in March. Hopefully I will be able to film the scenery with the new Mavic Air together with my Osmo Mobile!

#4 of the Terms & Conditions for the contest state this.

"4. DJI reserves the right to choose qualified applicants for the Mavic Air Free Trial Program without revealing the process to the public. Standard of enrollment includes, but is not limited to: completeness, correctness, and authenticity of the information provided in the application. Applicants are also encouraged to submit links to their social media accounts and upload photos and/or videos. Results will be announced on Feb 8, 2018, on the Official DJI Forum and SkyPixel site. Chosen applicants will receive email notifications by that time. Not receiving an email indicates that you did not qualify for the Mavic Air Free Trial Program."

Maybe I'm misunderstanding it, but, if the results are announced on Feb 8th, how is that priority? I ordered my Mavic Air Fly-More combo yesterday with an estimated ship date of Jan 28th. Surely DJI have learned their lesson with the Mavic Pro release debacle and are promising realistic shipping dates this time around.
