Hi.  I payed $29 back in December to join "DJI Select".   One of the benefits stated is:
"Early Access to new products"

When I ordered the Mavic Air, I didn't see anything to suggest I was getting "early access" to the product ahead of anyone else.
Anyone else feel like DJI was, how should we say it....  not totally truthful here?

The product appeared to me to be available to everyone at the same time.

I'm curious to DJI Select as well. Does anyone here have it? Do you think its worth the $29? I ordered a Mavic air with DJI Care Refresh so I'm eligible for it

With purchasing Mavic Air you got it and did it reduce your Care Refresh cost by 50%?

Hi, I saw your reply below, now you are able to order DJI Select, right? This was the known issue the was resolved, if other users also have the same situation, please try to log out and sign in again.

@DJI Thor - I'm confused. I purchased Mavic Air two days ago but could only purchased Select just now. Will I still get prioritized shipping?

I am wondering the same thing as well.....

I just purchased DJI Select. How long does it take to become valid? I want to purchase a Mavic Air.

I ordered Order Time:        2018-01-23 15:16:41 (UTC)
And have been a Select member for 2 months.
Still no shipping and support will not honor DJI Care Coupon.

Well that blows. I bought mine on the 23rd and it’s still stuck at authorised. Have Select too.

Dear Thor, I have purchased DJI Select on 23 and Mavic Air on 24. When I tried to use my Select coupon for 50% off on Care Refresh it was rejected. What can I do?

Had a look at my bank account and they’ve taken the money, so I guess “authorised” is a bit of an understatement. Just need the “shipped” bit now.

The reason I ask is that I joined "DJI Select" back in December when it first came out.

When I placed the order for Mavic Air, there was no mention on the order form that I was a Select Member.

Later, I get this email from DJI.   Basically, they know I ordered the Mavic Air, and ask me to join DJI Select.   So, it is apparent that they do not know I am already a member.
When I text support via Chat, after about an hour, it is apparent to me the company has issues.
First, it should have taken 2 minutes by phone.  It took over an hour by typing the same thing over and over.
Second, all they could tell was my order.  They have no idea of my status as a "select" member.

I was expecting something a little more professional from a company that makes such great drones.
Something like "thank you for your order, and thank you for being a select member"
Just "anything" that gives me a clue...Instead, I get this...

I purchased Mavic Air on January 23rd.

I then received the DJI Select sales email and signed up on January 26th, after their promise of faster shipping on my pre-existing order.

For some reason, it charged me twice, which is the least of my issues.

Still not shipped as of this morning, so I contact DJI Support via their chat app.

They inform me that my ship date is Feb 13. He said I should cancel and reorder, and then Select status would be applied, because Select won’t apply on pre-existing orders.

I then check in. My new ship date: Feb 20th.

Horrible! I feel like DJI Select is a scam.

Wachtberger, I am terribly sorry for the late reply. The DJI Care Refresh coupon on the DJI Select doesn't support Mavic Air at the moment. Think you had received the drone already, hope you enjoy your time.

Yes, thank you Thor!

I bought the mavic air with the DJI select at the same time, the support tells me that it does not apply to the mavic air. Do not waste your money with the select dji (friend tip)
Estimated shipping date 22 feb.
