anyone know how to see the current shipping date for a mavic air from dji store? I can see my order but it does not show at all anything about ship date.

Apple uk is saying 4 - 6 weeks

It should appear once the payment has been processed if i remember correctly.  

So the next question is, when do they process, as I see my payment has been authorised but nothing else is showing

After payment a pop-up on the payment confirmed page that offered a download of a tracking/status app. Anyone know what this is? It did not download to my Galaxy Note 8. Thanks

Its probably something linked to FedEx or DHL.  I've ordered many times from the DJI online store.  In each case I get a tracking # when the order ships.  I just use the # to look up where my package is.  Once shipped packages arrive in three days.  That's to Canada. Might be one day faster to the USA as all my orders visit the States in transit.

It says shipping to US starts 28th January, on UK site it says 8/10 Days shipping, so it should start shipping from next Monday/Tuesday, I would expect to see users flying first week in February.

That is my guess and hope too.

Hi, when you placed the order, you might see the estimated shipping date on the website. When the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in the email. Please kindly wait patiently, and I also hope users will receive their drone soon.

I was told that UK orders will ship on January 28th and should take 3 days.

normally, there is no duty on camera equipment coming into canada.  

but, since this is made in China there may be duty?

Never had to pay any tax, import duties or brokerage fees.  Cannot say about PST as Alberta does not have this but I would expect none.  Package must be signed for.  Ordered at least six times.

It sucks commerces here are selling the MP fly more combo at 1749 + taxes. Thats almost 2000$ in quebec!

That seems unfair, my FB cost just under $1300 Canadian.  Big box stores in Alberta like Best Buy typically have a price like DJI China when converting the dollar value but then sales taxes are added.  So I save a bit by buying from China.

I received the DJI Select marketing email and went ahead to sign up since it said I'd get it faster..   After signing up, it didn't mention anything about my order being 'stepped up' so I did a chat with support..  

They're showing my ship date is 14FEB and that 'includes' the DJI Select step up..   If I had not purchased the DJI Select, they said it would have been the end of Feb.  Only the first 1000 orders would go out on 28JAN according to them.  I ordered mine on 24JAN.

Hope that helps..  The website just says 3-5 business days after payment is received.  I paid with a credit card.  Nothing further beyond that is showing on the order other than payment has been made.

I picked the red one on my order.

It was showing 3-5 days on the order screen when I placed it on 24JAN.

Now, of course, the red is showing 7-10 days.

Looks like my White FlyMore combo will be shipped on the 28th I hope DHL delivery will be smooth.....

I'm checking my order and it is still in authorized..  (I purchased on 24th)

A simple chat with support will tell you everything.....

ok... Just contacted with support, and it seems mine is estimated to ship on 7th of February. I guess you purchased the drone before me.

I just finished chatting with Customer Support - I asked them to explain why my expected ship date is 2/15/18 when I ordered mine the morning that they were announced. I kept being told that, because I signed up for DJI Select, that my order would ship earlier than 2/15/18. I tried my hardest to get them to help me understand why, DJI Select or not, did my ship date move from 1/28/18 to 2/15/18. This sucks.

I've just chatted too and my Red is estimated for shipping on the 7th "due to demand". Shame considering I ordered on 23rd.

I ordered the black fly more combo on the 23rd. No details other than those provided by the customer service chat person. He said mine was scheduled to ship on the 15th of February. Do what now?!

I purchased my black Air on 25th on Newegg and just got order process confirmation this morning. It says "Your order should be shipped within 24-48hrs." Then shortly after, I was charged $999.

I was just looking at NewEgg on this..  Looks like it is DJI selling through them and the shipment will be from DJI still..   

Would be interested to see if this path gets them out faster than going through DJI's site directly...

I guess so. I purchased the DJI select as well.  I received the tracking fromDHL (SMS) but it’s not in the  DJI  Store yet.

My order has shipped. White Mavic Air Fly More to UK. 1 working day according to DHL. Ordered a day after the launch event. I bought Select two days after purchase and complained on the forum so maybe that played a part (or, more likely, not!). No coupons used.

Hope everyone get's their Air's as soon as possible. ENJOY IT!

Mine has shipped too! Looks like the eBay chancers May be out of luck DJI seems to have got it together
