Hello,
I have sent my drone to DJI support in The Netherlands. After evaluation they sent me an email asking to pay £79 (I do have DJI Care Refresh active) so they can send me a replacement drone.
I need some help with the payment.
I want to pay with PayPal but in the same email DJI says to include the Case Numeber with the payment. Proceding with PayPal I don't have the option to write it anywhere.
Also how can I inform DJI I made the payment after this?

Yes I have payed yesterday night through PayPal. Now what's the next step?

DJI Mindy, I have just received an email confirmation from DJI. They'll procede with a replacement now. Thanks for the support
