I am waiting for an answer from Dji repair in the Netherlands.
What else can i do?
Due my previous repair I have request the ups label on the dji site, you have only to create a package and compile the form with rhe instructions and afret they think to all.
If you are covered by warranty will be replace your drone ( ... and good lucky ).
Meanwhile will give you a quote ( like buy entire drone ) and after payement will give you a new refurbished drone, like my situation. Just 4 in 4 months .
Now I decide to contact all by email that is the same people of the chat, work by chat, by mail, by phone, from US .DE. FR. EXCEPT from Nl, for they contacts that you need use email channel, but I prefere US
Chat because from Italy we are redirect to US site... that mistery.

Now I have pending another case for the same issues with anither different drone... also this was replaced with another failure drone

Just my only and first drone bought on Italy store have continuately untill 7 months of work! After the replace from the repair center the sound is no good
