I had a malfunction on my DJI spark throwing several different errors and I contacted support to send it in I dropped it off Monday this week and it was back at my door step on Wednesday with a brand new one with propellers
. That was fast and best part of all, it was covered under warrenty , did not purchase the care package before, but since I have a new one I have to reregister and I purchased it this time.
I hope my next experience with DJI will be the same
