I have a Sony Xperia XP. My phone sadly does not work with DJI GO 4.0. Is there any way to make it work with the app?

Might be. Running Android 8.0.0. I have had other Sony`s that are not on the list supporting it, so I am scratching my head a bit.

anyway .. try your another device .. im using 2 android machines : Huawei y635 L01 and LG G3 MINI and both run ok ... that according to DJI .. are not compatible

yes, i will try that. Just sad to buy a new phone.

Thanks for your support. I would recommend you use the recommended device for a better flight performance.

FYI - Sony Xperia X - works superbly  with DJI GO4

XP is very different to the X in sight of the used hardware.

Just shows though - if its not on the list it might work just fine, if you have issues when you try  then you know its not suitable....
