Do they meet your expectations? If not, whats the pros and cons?

Mine is great!!  Using for the Phantom 4 pro only, no other apps. It is dedicated for this purpose---problem free so far.  I could never go back to a sun shade.

Just curious, which one 7.8 U ? H or 5.5 ?  No overheating or back light issues?  Thanks.

I have the 5.5 version and use it with my Spark.  Very minimal video lag if the CS's wifi is only connected to the RC.  If the CS's wifi is also connected to a network the video lags badly.  That is why I am hoping for an update that will allow OTG between the Spark RC and the CS.

Isnt it connect via usb/hdmi?

Nope, not supported with the Spark.

I have the 5.5 with my Mavic Pro, it is very solid and very clear , my only disappointment  is the DJI do not seem to support this screen very well and I am starting to wounder if this unit is going to either be replaced very soon or dropped from the DJI range all together.

It is a shame as the idea of having a dedictated screen is very appealing.

If someone was asking me for purchase advice at the moment I would say hold onto your cash for a few months and see what DJI do in this area unless you must have one now.

What do you mean by support? fw updates and bugfixing?

Yes the CS range is always behind for FW and SW updates aswell as bug fixes. This is quite frustrating really.

7.8 Ultra.  I suppose it gets a little warm on the back but never too hot to operate. May be different this summer

Just Tablets and phones, I didn't know there were any other monitors except for the dedicated one on the remote control, which I have not tried.
