I was just wondering what we could do with the DJI Credits.

When you purchase a product from the official DJI on line store you can use the credits to convert into a discount off of the product you buy. 180 points = 1 credit = US$1 which can be redeemed every 1,800 points into US$10 placed into your DJI account. So if you have 10,800 points that's US$60 off. Click on the 'points' section under your profile to see how it all works.  

The only way to make points is by posting message and connecting every day right ?

Yeah. 1800 points into 10 DJI Credits.

Need to go into your homepage, then on the left hand side, you'll see 'Points' - once you click on that, it'll show the amount of points you have acquired.

180 DJI Points = 1 DJI Credit (USD)
*The minimum number of points required for redemption is 1800. The maximum redeemable amount is 5400 points per month.
*Redemption applications can be submitted at any time and will be checked on the first working day of each month. You can only submit one application per month.
*DJI employees are not eligible for point redemption.

Hi Shad, DJI Credit can be used to pay for your purchases from the DJI Online Store but is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used outside of the Official DJI Online Store.

I also noticed that each time I upgraded lvl here, $0.69 was added to my DJI Credit. So, bonus!

Another great way to earn points is to look at the recent updates and contests that pop up on the forum, normally from DJI Grace - I received 1,000 points for simply following the DJI forum on FaceBook.

Sorry to reply to an old thread here... does anyone know where the dji credits appear? I can't seem to find out. I converted some points in May and its telling me so on the points tab but won't show how many i have or allow me to convert anymore of my points???

Much appreciated for taking the time to give me that information. I can see my points and by going onto online store i can see the total value of my credits from the points i converted 4 months ago...
My problem is that i cannot transfer anymore of my points to credits? I have around 4500 and no matter what denomination i put into the convertor i always see this message - *The minimum number of points required for redemption is 1800 points.

I've got 13650 credit, however, the exchange button seems to be disabled for me - I click it but nothing happens. Could someone kindly check on this issue? Thanks

have you exchange your point before? for example before that you have 1800 points then you already exchange it but the point are still showing in your total point, the next month you get another 2700 points so the total was 4500 points but your actual point is 2700 so if you exchange 4500 points you will not able to exchange it. am I right?

Yes like i say back in May i successfully converted some points.....
I've read that sentance a few times and not sure i follow (i'm probably being stupid!)

I think you're saying the number of points isn't excluding the ones i have alreadfy excahnged so isn't tradable?

I think it must of been around 1800 as the amount in DJI store says roughly £12.50 UK sterling?

well after looking in your screenshot last time you have exchange 3600 points= 20 Dji Credits
