Have these started to ship or will DJI hold till Jan 28th before shipping? Hoping they begin now

I just finished chatting with customer service - based on my interaction, I don't have a lot of faith. But, I'm hoping I'll be proved wrong. I kinda wish I'd just waited and ordered thru Apple.

Hi, please kindly wait for the shipping, users will receive the tracking number on the email when the order is shipped. Hope all customers will get the drone soon.

In the UK it says 8-10 days

i just checked my order details and it said it shipped, but no tracking number or date stating it’s delivery date

And yes, they are shipping heavily all over the world :-) Mine has left the factory in China today and tracking says it will be delivered to me on Monday. Might be still warm from the oven ;-)

Yep seems like a lot of orders have transitioned to "Shipped" status. No tracking number for me either but hopefully that means Jan 28th everybody who ordered has their drone shipping out with tracking numbers. Here's to hoping we get them soon I'm so excited to get this up in the air.

Order updated to shipped today; SMS Text received with tracking number and email received with tracking link today as well.  DJI couldn't be more organized this time!

Yes they are shipping and soon a fleet of Mavic Airs will flood the world!

I am disappointed in shipping so far. Ordered on 2018-01-23 15:28:44 (UTC) and was told via chat that my order is scheduled for February 13. I am jealous to see other people getting their orders especially when I am going on a trip to Mexico on January 30th. Murphey's Law

Seems like Europe is the only batch that went out today.

The ORDER DETAILS page has a status of "SHIPPED"
But the order tracking page says:
Payment Status: Pay Confirmed
Shipping Status: Pending
Shipping Company: Fedex
Tracking Number:  < blank >

But with talk of being in the shops from this week, it looks like they'll be widely available very soon.

Ordered mine 1 hour after launch no email yet, but certainly dji making a good recovery here, looking forward to you you tube video.

Ireland, not panicking Weather pretty atrocious at the moment hopefully will ship sometime next week.

About an hour ago I have received my Care Refresh confirmation for the Air. DHL status has not been updated yet but delivery is still scheduled for tomorrow:

Ordered White Flymore on 1/24.  Did buy DJI Select prior.  Got shipping notice this morning.  Hasn’t actually been picked up by FedEx yet, but supposed to be delivered Wednesday.  

Red mavic air is delayed 7 to 10 days I'm told

Did noone think of buying the White one and then skin it later?

For what it's worth, mine actually "shipped' on the 28th.  It left HK morning of 29th.  Expected Wednesday.  Bad wx expectations here too.

Thank you for your always wise words dear friend! :-) And I cross my fingers that yours will arrive soon too. Good news is that the required new version of DJI Assistant has become available today. That will make initial setup much more comfortable.

I keep opening up my DJI app for a status update, hoping it will change from “authorised”, even though we’ve been told the reds aren’t shipping for at least several days. Have been doing so since the 23rd!

Yes, it has been confirmed that the red ones will take a few more days before they ship. Mine is white. But I wish you good luck that it will come soon!

If I had known the red would be delayed I'd gone with another color and skin it later.  So much for my rush to order early as possible. Everyone enjoy the first batch.

Wow!  Shipping showed still in China on Saturday; got it today!  That's the Onyx Black, not combo, ordered Tuesday and delivered 6 days later to me in London...  Happy chappy

My order page changed, still pending but option/button to cancel order is gone.

Well, it looks like my Mavic was picked up by Fedex from Austell, GA and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow!
