Hey guys,

I just picked up a brand new Mavic Pro the other day, I went to fly it today for the first tine and it appears that neither the camera nor the gimbal are working at all.

I have tried updating all the firmware to no avail, apparently it may have been on the shelf too long and there is too many new updates out, either way it will not update either the AC or RC to the latest firmware, I’m not sure if that would ply a part in the fact that the camera won’t show on my phone, it also won’t allow the gimbal to calibrate at all. When I select the option it simply tells me to keep the unit flat and then does nothing...

Any and all help would be appreciated!

Hoping it’s not a faulty piece of hardware.

Sir, did you try to update the firmware through DJI Assistant 2. Please follow the video and keep us updated, thanks.
