When did your Mavic Air Ship?

Order 2018-01-23 15:16:41 (UTC), Status changed to shipped on 27th, Tracking 12 hours later, 28th Fedex tracking only shows label created 2:27am (still no Fedex delivery manager update either). Fedex pickup 10am 29th, expected Wed 31.

Direct Orders from the 24th-25 (Regular and select members) started shipping before orders on the 23rd.
3rd party vendors started shipping 25th. (some dellivered on the 27th)


I guess ordering on the 23rd and being a DJI Select Member does not really matter.

Had the priority shipping through that magic free trial thing where the first 1000 got a code.  Have the tracking number from DHL sent through email this morning, really looking forward to trying this out.

Things are getting exciting!

I received an email 2 days after purchasing the air telling me to join dji select to receive it faster with priority shipping which I did . Now my question is , will I actually get it sooner or would I have to cancel my order and reorder it to receive priority shipping ?

That option is not relevant anyway. No 3rd party vendor will be able to deliver anywhere near that date and DJI will be happy if they have sufficient stock and manpower to process all direct orders in a timely manner. They must be flooded with orders is my guess.

I did the same thing as fansc8. I can see that the order shows as shipped just like Wachtberger. I don’t have a tracking number though.

Ordered from DJI - 2018-01-23 15:28:44 (UTC). Stage 3 - Payment Successful. Nothing has been chipped

I did not. No such option. Maybe because I am in Canada.

It looks like I finally have a little bit of change in my order status. The payment is now confirmed, and I now have a delivery carrier (FedEx).

Anxiously awaiting my ship date and delivery.

Hmm. I wonder if that is the reason why mine already shipped. I did buy DJI Select when they sent me the email  

Ugh.  I ordered a fly more combo with "priority ship coupon" minutes after it was made available online (Order Time: 2018-01-23 15:22:31 (UTC)) and yet online chat is saying my estimate ship time (to US) is FEB 13.

I have received an email from DHL with tracking number this morning. DHL status shows that it is already on it's way to me directly from the factory in China with express air shipment and is expected to be delivered on Monday. If this really happens it might be a new speed record :-).

Actually me and a few more people were able to buy the mavic air from DJI Orange county California , my fly more combo is coming today with Saturday delivery , is out for delivery right now , so I guess some 3rd party vendors can actually beat the dji store.

Looks like the US is a priority. I am in Canada. Ordered on 2018-01-23 15:28:44 (UTC). Online chat informed me that my order will be shipped on February 13.

But if it comes from a DJI store as you say it is not a 3rd party retailer. DJI had promised that the official stores would have it available at the same time as the online store.

I love cracking open new drones and the whole set up and first flight - they are exciting times. It will be quite a different flight experience to the Spark too - especially the flight time. When I got my MPP I couldn’t believe I still have 50% battery left after around 15 minutes - it takes some getting use to.

Well yes you are right , technically they seem to be a DJI brick and mortar store, and sure as soon as I do all of the initial set up i shall take it out for a test flight if the weather allows, it looks like it wants to rain today, hopefully it won't !

All I can think is “a piece of turf, usually one cut in a rectangular shape”. Or more explicitly, sod!

Whilst nice that people are getting their notifications, it’s frustrating knowing they ordered after me.

Mine says “Shipped” and chat still says that it is expected to ship on or before Feb 13th...don’t know what to make of this since I don’t have a tracking number yet.

Is it normal for it to turn to Shipped and only receive tracking number later?

Mine says shipped on desktop site and pending on mobile site. Is being send with Fed ex, no tracking number yet.

When I ordered a Spark last week it was marked shipped for *5 days*  before I got tracking. They kept telling me they were just “waiting for pickup” as if Fedex only stops by once a week.  Then when they finally printed the label and I received notification it sat another day and a half after that before it moved.  Comical.  

I ordered mine today, 20170127. I live in Sweden. I will keep ppl updated when it changes to shipped and so on (for people wondering about EU/Scandinavian delivery times). The order was for Mavic Air Fly More Combo White.

Did you have DJI Select or a priority shipping code? For general orders shipment was promised to start on 28 or 29 January. Thus keep on checking on the days to come.

Just got my Air fly more combo delivered from  DJI Orange county California great customer service big thanks and they even included a free Sandisk Extreme Pro 64gb 1000mb/s even the DJI store online can't beat that , will post more pictures later once I have the chance to open the fly more combo !!![img]https://forum44.djicdn.com/data/attachment/forum/[/img]

Great, looking forward to it and don't forget charging immediately RC and batteries! And there is a firmware update available. You can update both RC and Air with DJI Assistant.
