Inspire 1 pro won't connect to the app

Hi there,

I've never experienced any issues with my drone before today. I turn it on before a video shoot I have to make today at 2 and the RC wont connect to the app. It shows as a new device and shows the "how to connect" button.

I cant rebind the controller since the app is not detecting a device.

DJI care for the states works on business hours.

Any help is appreciated.

try the simple first, swap the USB cable, if that dont do it, try swapping tablet for phone

Thanks for the reply. I did tried from iPad to iPhone, different cords, reinstalling app.

Nothing.

Note: I turned it on after the firmware update and everything was working great.

It looks like the solution from DJI is to have you roll back to the previous iOS firmware.

I just got out of the chat with them.

What if Apple closes the window for the rollback?

Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing with my Inspire 1 RC. My iPhone(s), iPad won't connect. The remote will connect with the aircraft and control the gimble, but when I connect my iPhone to the remote the DJI GO app does not recognize the remote. I've tried: replacing the cable with various new Apple cable, closing the app, reinstalling the app, using devices with the lastest 12.3.1 iOS older 10.3.3 iOS, and ending tried replacing the HDMI board.

The remote has an older firmware "V01.02.1.06_en", I tried installing the "V01.11.01.50" but it would not recognize the .bin file.

I've spent days reading through forum posts and watching videos and have begun to believe that this issue has not been solved by DJI. Is there anything else I can try before sending my remote to be serviced?

I’m having the exact same issue as you. Tried iPhone, iPad, different iOS versions, android. Nothing. It seems DJI are the apple of the drone industry. The inspire 1 is too old now so they don’t care or support!
