The license is transferable, as to the process, I am not sure. Maybe Mindy will chime in on this?

The license is installed on the I2 in the factory and is regarded as "part of the hardware" when you sell it.  There is a license sticker on the side of the I2 to indicate the Prores and CinemaDNG licenses are installed.  There is no documentation to complete.  Whoever owns the I2 owns the licenses.
