HI Everyone,
I have a Ronin M which i greatly enjoy using and a iPhone X. Yesterday, I went to do a pre use setup on the ronin and could not connect or see the ronin on my phone. i deleted the app and reinstalled again and then it came up and i connected after logging in. after one setup test, i went back to do another adjustment and i no longer had communication with the ronin any more. so i installed the app again and same deal. worked fine for. a few minutes and then gone. no connection between the two. while it was working it looked like the app has not been sorted for the iphone x either.

here is the take away. i cant calibrate and use my ronin reliably without the app. i have a shoot in a week where i need to use it. i doubt i will get any response thta will be useful in that time but here's hoping. i was considering buying a ronin s. i would say that's now off the table.

any suggestions from anyone here on a solution or do i have an expensive paperweight on my desk?
