Greetings
I shot a bunch of clips using the dji osmo mobile and the dji go app on a samsung galaxy s8. The recorded format is 4k. It used to work in the past and I have recorded and edited in 4k on this exact phone. However now even though its letting me record in 4k it wont let me use the dji editor. I get a message saying. Does not recognize this file format. The file is not corrupted and playable on everything else. What can I do?

Hi Alfred, what is the APP version you are running now? Which format did you select? May I have the screenshot of the error message?
I'm having the same issue. I have the latest version of Everything as of 4/11/20 and when I use the DJI Go video editor, it does not recognize the file. I recorded mp4 file format.
