Hi,
I can see two things I did wrong here. First, I realized after it completed that I hadn't tightened the lock on the pivot at the top of the tripod. You can see it in a few skips in the motion. Second, the auto exposure resulted in flashes of darkening in the video. Hey, I'm learning...

But still I good effort.  Nice Job.  Did you manually turn the tripod head with your hand?

No, I used the Motion Time-lapse function of the Osmo Mobile. As it was in motion, I could actually see the entire Osmo moving, so I was pretty sure at that point I hadn't locked the top of the tripod. Lesson learned.

Interesting.  Are you practicing there in advance of doing something else?  I couldn't figure out why you did that versus simply doing a pan of that area.

I was filming the bridge with P4P, as we used to drive over it regularly when it was still open. Had the Osmo in the car and decided to play with some functions. I really like the motion of the wind on the water. If you're referring to the way it came back to the bridge, I just wanted to see how it reacted to a third stop at a different height. I couldn't tell in the DJI video if it moved on a diagonal from one point to another. Now I see it does. Not so much practicing for something specific, as just trying to wrap my old brain around these fantastic tools.

Still an excellent footage, you can try to lock AE/AF by long pressing the APP screen to make sure the steady exposure.

Thank you, I will try that this weekend. We are planning another location to video and try new effects.
