I just bought a new DJI Phantom 4 Pro from Amazon. It is brand new, sealed, etc. It was delivered 36 hours ago so time is short to register for DJI Care Refresh. I tried purchasing Care Refresh by entering the serial number. The SN has a lot of zeros or O's and it's difficult to tell the difference. I tried a number of zeros and O's combinations, but it said I have an invalid SN. Today, the registration site said I have already registered the P4P, but it doesn't show up on my DJI Care Refresh account (I also have a Mavic Pro that is listed). Another try at registering returned the message that I am past the 48 hour time limit to register. Please help. I would like to buy DJI Care Refresh but time is running out.

I just went though essentially same rigamarole. I ended up contacting support and they asked for sn and proof of purchase date. All was easy after that.

Good to know. I sent an email to DJI Support with all the proof of purchase, time of delivery receipts, screen shots, etc. They will not respond until well after the 48 hrs, but hopefully something can be worked out.

There is the new thing called a cell phone and you can call support before your48 hours runs out, emailing support and waiting on them, you will lose out, lol
