Hello the forum, the last version of DJI Go does not recognize the M600 (it stays on Osmo device), impossible to ensure the flight today.
All firmwares updated as usually, my tablet is an IPad.
Am I the only one with this issue ?

I HAVE THIS SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH MATRICE 600 PRO AND Z30

After trying to update the Z30 to the latest firmware Z30_FW_V01.00.00.47.bin the camera has stayed like this:




Also after updating the DJI GO app to version 3.1.26 these are the problems with the Z30 and Z3 cameras:

_matrice 600 pro (V 1.0.1.65) + ipad air 2 (iOS 11.2.5) without connection to the Z30
_matrice 600 pro (V 1.0.1.65) + ipad air 2 (iOS 11.2.5) without connection with the Z3

_matrice 600 pro (V 1.0.1.65) + phone6 (iOS 10.3.2) without connexion with the Z30
_matrice 600 pro (V 1.0.1.65) + phone6 (iOS 10.3.2) with the Z3 everything works correctly

Someone knows if the z30 has a solution.

The last update of the app dji go 3.1.27 still does not work with matrice 600 pro + zenmuse Z30 with ipad air 2 (ios 11.2.5).
when you get the application,osmo mobile update comes out.

Hello, unfortunately it's the same for me, the bug is not resolved with 3.1.27 update.
It is still not possible to connect the M600, and DJI GO stays on the Osmo device.

I am having the same problem cant Go passed the Camera screen on the Newest version of DJI Go app for the matrice 600 Pro I thought my ipad was broken then tried on multiple devices with the newest DJI GO APP and wont get thtough, please fix it DJI really need the app to work so We can keep on filming, Works with older versions of DJI GO but how to Roll back ???

I´ts not possible to roll back to 11.2.2  apple has signed it of no way to roll back either DJI GO app or IOS, how can fix it while we wait for new DJI Go App ?

Come on DJI once again I’m grounded with this issue and losing money!! Between firmware updates that crash and now this its getting EXTREMELY frustrating! How can we sort this NOW. Release an older version of GO for us to use so we can get back in the air

I have, that's exactly what the problem is! 3.1.27 still does not work! Surely you can test and see this your end?

Major probs, even with setting the Z15 gimbal to free, doesn't accept, says "FREE", but the the ICON stays at follow.
One NFZ we where close to changed positions and the width every restart, so we couldn't take off or, fly more then 30m-ish, and then its worked, some times, some times not. Like a lottery.

I had the same issue with my m600pro and roninmx. Just installed latest DJI go update yesterday and it’s working again

Yes I can confirm 3.1.28 is now working with iOS, the funny thing is Android has stopped working now!! With exactly the same problem! No feed from the camera!! Crazy!

It helps to make sure that the operating system on the mobile devices are at the latest version.

Mark, we were using the latest version of the operating systems, as has been described above and in other threads! It would of been nice on the official DJI forum if an admin had replied to these posts telling us there was a new version of Go released that should sort the problem instead of patronising one liners!

We are experiencing comparable issue:

When connecting the M600 PRO to the DJI Go App (version 3.1.28) the DJI Go App is displaying or trying to make connection to an Osmo mobile device.

When the app finds the M600 PRO trough the wireless remote's connection it displays the m600 for a second or 2 and then switches to the Osmo Mobile device connection page where you can select the enter camera.

Tested with both apple iphone x and ipad air 2 with latest ios version, both are not working.. seems to be a bug or something inside of the new app version.(?)

The work around we are using to fullfill our commercial jobs the upcoming days is flying without the DJI Go app and using the hdmi output on the remote controller for the video feed... (this is far from ideal!)

Any fix already available?

Hi, I have found 3.1.28 works? It was the previous versions that wouldnt! Have you ttied uninstalling and reinstalling?? The workaround we had was to use our Android mobile phones! Although the last flight I undertook the Android had stopped working with the same issue! I have disconnected internet access now I have the iOS app working and hopefully will never have issues with apps or firmware again!

I confirm as well that the release 3.1.28 works on my side (iOS, iPad pro, all firmwares and OS are updated).
