Had to turn to dji support for help a few times.
First was when my spark crashed. They gave me free repair and part replacement after having ascertained that it was not pilot error. Felt vindicated that i was not a bad pilot.
Glad to hear the success stories. It is always so easy to be frustrated when things go south, but nice to hear when something goes right. good job DJI.
