It depends on some factors.
Sometimes shutterspeed is too fast for the motion. Resulting in some stuttering.
Other times you just selected the wrong framerate in your editor.
Since Mavic has a variable bitrate, Premiere is known to have issues with that.
I'm not a Premiere user, so I can't help you out. But Google should be able to help you I'm sure.

Liked your video, nice location and time, as for smoothness check you sequence settings, it must be 30fps, and also render also @30fps.
