I noticed that the Assistant 2 application installed on my MacBook does not recognize the firmware of my P4P +. Can anyone suggest me what to do?

I can't read Italian and I cant cut-and-paste from an image into Google translate. Can you translate the message please. Otherwise I assume that Ass2 connected to the P4P OK to get you that far? Your Mac can access the internet OK otherwise?

Thanks. And wow - haven't heard that error before. "Can't access firmware list", sure, but not that one.

Either way, it implies that there was an access problem between Ass2 and DJI's download server. Have you tries to install the firmware using the DJI GO 4 app to see if you had more success?

Thank you for your answer. I managed to make the software work. I had to repeat the installation of assistant 2, probably the software version was not updated.
