Hi, This is suraj sharma using phantom 4 pro.
as we all know that we can get the separate information file of gps DATA in .SRT format. I just wanted to know if we can expose the same gps DATA ( longitude, Lattitude and time)  on the video file.

Thanks

GPS data is also stored in the video file (in the 'udta' atom); however, this is only the GPS data from the very start of the flight.

Suraj, if you had enabled Video Caption on the DJI GO 4 app for a Phantom 4 Pro, .srt file should be displayed on the video automatically, or you can try to right click the mouse and let it show or not. Phantom 4 Pro will not general the individual .srt file, but you can save the video caption if you use the third-party player like Potplayer etc., right click the mouse to access the content and save the file. Hope it helps.

Hi there, as far as I know, the GPS data should be the current GPS location instead of only the start of the flight. Thanks.

Hi, so is it possible to extract the location of the video at any given moment without having the .srt file?

Hi Levi, if you don't need the .srt file, you may try to check the flight record. Or if you are using the iOS device, please click the specific flight, tap the share button on the lower right, and then export the CSV file, then you can check the GPS location data of the whole flight.
