DJI Select member orders of new products will ship 2-3 days earlier than regular orders. For example, if normal estimated shipping day is 3-5 business days then Select orders will be 1-3 business days. Currently, we are short on the Flame Red Air so the shipping day is around 10-15 business days. But again Select members will be 8-13 business days. Actual estimated shipping day depends on when you place your order.

Dear Grace, now that I have all these discount coupons that came with DJI Select but cannot use them for my Mavic Air (whenever it will arrive), can I give them away to other users? And if yes, would it only apply to the coupons for accessoires or also the one for 50% off on Care Refresh?

My question for you: How confident you are that what it is currently in FAQ is actually true and not a mistake?

UK and rest of Europe should be the same in terms of delivery times.... maybe 1 day later but not several days later....

I believe you can transfer your coupons.

I have seen FAQ's change over night,  so I would not put my money on them.
Then again, you have to start somewhere right?

In this specific case (waypoints) were stated. Even in the specs. Not sure if that is (already) true btw. I don't own a Mavic Air.

Still same situation.... stuck on step 3 from saturday!!!

i just read in other threat than a German guy his mavic already jumped to step 4 and is out for delivery.... it seems he is going to receive it today...  but what is incredible that it was shipped on Monday... 2 days later than ours !!

I do not understand whose fault is it..... DJI or DHL.
Has DJI sent them with different types of deliveries? Ours as standard and the others as urgent priority?

It is just luck, his airline container must have been nearly full, while yours might have had to wait for other items to fill it up. They don't ship partially empty containers unfortunately.

You will probably just find it out on your door step, if you look now. In Australia courier parcels appear from nowhere and are just left there, the courier usually signs on your behalf, because they are too lazy to come back the next day

So at least your tracking was updated, good sign! Since it was in Brussels that early this morning you might still get it today or tomorrow. It's DHL Express and that gets delivered with priority and independent from normal shipments. I cross my fingers for you!
