At the Osmo Mobile 2 launch the presenter advised availability at DJI online store "in February"....just wondering if there is a firm date for when it will go live?
Planning some travel and would love to put an Osmo Mobile 2 in the bag.

Looks like pre-order will be Feb 5th according to this.

I'm in the UK and ordered earlier today and then 3 hours later got a dispatch email to say it will be here tomorrow. On the Apple site it said 2-3 weeks delivery

I ordered it at 5 am the morning it came out on a monday, it was shipped on wednesday and i got it on friday

I'm in Quebec and got it with DHL. I payed 129 USD not a penny more!

I ordered my Osmo2 on Feb 16th from DJI and it still hasn't shipped. The website said it came take up to 20 days to ship it? Why the delay?
Update: Cancelled my order with DJI, Ordered on Apple. It will be here in 3 days.... Saddly now i have to pay tax. Oh well.

Yesterday I cancelled my order with DJI that was placed on 2/16 - placed an order with Apple yesterday - paid an extra $8 for 1 day shipping - arrived today.  Could not be happier.

I'm in New DJI customer and I'm not happy at all I just received my first drone from them last week a spark with the fly more combo and I even added the DJI care plan I haven't opened it yet which is probably a good thing

I also ordered the osmo mobile to I had no idea that they didn't care about their customers and that they would allow a third-party retailer to provide the product to their customers before DJI gives it to their own customers I guess this company doesn't care about brand loyalty : (

The charge showed on my bank account almost immediately after ordering it but today looking at my bank account it had an extra $129 in it and looking through my transaction list know where can I find the purchase for the DJI osmo anymore

No emails from DJI or any kind of info and here's what really upset me I wanted to call in and talk to somebody about my order apparently orders are the one department at DJI where you cannot talk to a live person they expect you to communicate through email or chat which is an extra hassle when it comes to a confusing situation like this

After an hour with the chat specialist from the sales department at DJI I was assured that my order was still coming however the rep could give no explanation for why the charge was no longer showing on my bill and why my account had the money put back in
.
According to my order page with DJI my payment has been confirmed and it's still waiting to be shipped.
.
I would totally cancel except now it appears they're going to be sending it to me free? Or maybe they're just doing this to everybody hoping we will get confused and spend the money and get overdraft charges with our banks.
.
I'm extremely disappointed with my inability to contact somebody via phone and DJI filling orders for customers of a third-party retailer before taking care of their own customers who buy direct here through the site.
.
The combination of these two things has got me off to a very bad start with this company so much so that I'm half tempted to just cancel all my orders send back the spark and order a feiyu tech gimbal for my phone and I hear that the grow Pro karmas are really inexpensive now that GoPro is failing.
.
While DJI products may have a good reputation that made me purchase them in the first place my experience with the company service and treatment of the customers is on par with some of the worst companies I've ever dealt with

I ordered my 2nd Osmo Mobile 2 on February 13th)(i also own a Spark, Mavic Air, and Osmo Mobile)...when the DJI Store indicated "5-10 business days" shipping.It's now almost a whole month and it still hasn't shipped.
Terribly unimpressed.

Ok, so DJI support is not the best in the world, but take that with a grain of salt.  I would not say they don't care about their customers, but it will never be the experience the western world is spoiled with.  They have grown by leaps and bounds to where they are now.  I get your frustration but you cannot compare them to typical standards that we have become used to with most companies.  They are still located in China, and they do at least try to have something going with this whole community of people in the forum that can usually try to help you out.  Now, on the ship dates, they have missed release and ship dates for as long as I can remember...P2V+ I purchased in 2014 took forever to get, the Spark was about 2 months late, the MA and OM2 shipped within days of when promised for me...so, I see this as a steady improvement.  Also, I think they are the best thing going for these type of products.
I will beg you to go look at some reviews of the GoPro Karma before you buy it, save yourself that heartache, they are cheap because they are no longer made and GoPro has closed up shop on the entire division.
Is DJI perfect, no.  But, for me, their stuff works better than anything else out there that I have tried for this type of flying and they are getting better than they used to be.
