A number of you have mentioned in other threads using goggles. So I have to ask... why?

I can't imagine flying using only FPV. How do you avoid obstacles out of the view of the camera? I rely so heavily on line-of-sight to fly through obstacles and steer clear of trees, wires, etc. I could see if I were contolling the camera on an Inspire 1 while someone else were flying with a separate controller... I think I'd also feel claustrophobic and that I'd trip or someone would walk up to me and I wouldn't even realize it...

I thought about this.  I'd probably use it for out of sight or above a certain height.  For me, looking over farmland during the day to give better visual right then,  but I don't have goggles

I use Fat Shark HD goggles for my 250 mini. Its incredible, like your in the cockpit.
