Just picked up my new inspire 2 today, all updates done.
Any tips on the first flights, before i go out, im used to flying my mavic pro so inpsire is just a bit bigger.
Is it worth trying out first without the camera attached.
Any hints and tips ould be apreciated.

Thanks

Congratulations

Take your time and do the preflight checks.
IMO, you should do the IMU and Compass calibrations prior to flying for the first time.
I would install the camera and get familiar with the controls.

Mainly take your time and have fun......
Enjoy your new Inspire 2

As Rich says, take your time and go to a wide open area. There is more to it just being a bit bigger than a mavic.  Go slow my friend.

congrats its an amusing craft, take it slow and you will be fine. make sure you always to the transform from transport to landing mode on a slippery surface or the case lid, if you can't do that just lift the leg as it does the change to keep the restriction off the motor.

Thanks for your hints and tips. Yep I've been lifting it when i change it from/ to transport mode.
Fingers crossed we will get a break in the weather soon to give it a go.

Glad you have the drone. Please fly in a wide place with good GPS signal. Here is the recommended environment and the preflight checklist for your reference.
