How long does it take to download info from Mavic Pro and controller? I hooked up Mavic and tried to download flight data, an hour later still says downloading. When I connect I can see firmware.

Hi W.Cordes, if it takes a long time to export the data, I would suggest that you relaunch the program and the machine to try again. Make sure that you are running the latest DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.0 for Mavic Pro. See if it helps.
