Hi all

A friend of mine has a Spark. He was flying it one day and it flew away due to the RC and GPS connection being lost. He sent DJI his flight data and DJI determined it wasn't user error and hence sent him a replacement drone under the warranty. 3 weeks after receiving his replacement drone, someone got in contact with him and returned his drone and as a result he has 2 drones.

He's read the Ts and Cs of the warranty and nowhere does it say he needs to return his old drone to DJI, nor does it say that if recovered the old drone is DJI's property and so he is wondering what he should do?

Does anyone know what he is legally required to do in this situation. I wanted to see if others have had the same experience or similar and what action was taken.

As above .... don't worry about it.  The drone was genuinely lost and then miraculously genuinely found ... whats the chances of that happening again?

Somethings are just better off left alone. And this happens to be one of them.
