What?? Why can't you take video and pictures and sell them to whoever you want to?? What does the FAA have to do with it? I don't understand??
Bottom line is you have to have a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate if you want to sell your services for aerial photography that include selling your images..It's not right but it is how it is right now.
BPatt, the photos look stunning and professional. I checked those Flickr images. I know it's been a while this thread started and drones are taking big strides (https://dronetrends.org/drone-news/) now in terms of aerial surveys. I think you have done a fantastic job. No suggestions from my side :-)
