We have a no height, no speed limit and no nfz fw which is based on the current i1 fw.
Installing is straightforward, just place on an empty microsd and wait for 10 minutes.

We'll tell you the necessary precautions and the needed flight procedures to perform.
All flight tests must be recorded then uploaded.

3 full flights for each category

1. Forward speed test
2. Climb speed test
3. battery volt and temp test
4. Auto return home test at high altitude

12 flights total

the i1 version 2 aircraft is preferred to perform this test for more stable motors.

So, what is the advantage of using his modified FW?  I guess it is very interesting but, the Inspire 1 owner really does not know if there are any other mods that could hurt the machine.

It's all from the current firmware with values changed.

From 18 kmh vertical speed to 36 kmh vertical speed.

Forward acceleration increases but top speed is limited with max motor rpm for safety.

Descent speed is doubled too.

We just have to make videos before releasing to everyone.

No wind over 50 mph but it won't go over 60 due to limitation of motor rpm for safety.
Main difference is acceleration. Can get to 50mph very fast.

already I hit 46 no wind. so the risk of bricking my bird to gain that little not worth it to me

Why do you ask for much more top speed and complain about bricking lol the hypocrisy.
Anyways a mavic pro phantom 4 with the dji assistant 2 are much faster than your stock inspire 1.

very curious why you don't just get your own machine for testing and then just post the results?  I do not think that your offer would be attractive to anyone, all the best.

One already tested the FW 3-4 months ago.

No it will be released to everyone for free. Just need more feedbacks

This is safe if you live in a cool climate below 10c.


If you live above 20c weather then you must monitor battery not to exceed 55c by the hovering or descending. At 59c or over, the battery still runs but when you demand max power at this temperature, your voltage will fail.. if you live in 20c over climates, you must monitor battery temperature. Especially going up.

You actually install the fw using the x3, even if you swap cameras, the fw is still in the firmware.

Camera firmware is different from aircraft firmware. But you have to update the aircraft via x3

yea no, Z3 FW is different than X3 FW. and send me a X3 then. as i no longer have one. only the Z3

Donnie is now testing
