I had an unfortunate situation a few days ago when I permanently lost my drone. As I was flying it, a gust of wind blew it out into the ocean along with the SD card. So now all I have left are the footages left on the phone. I was able to transfer the files onto my Mac book but what I can't seem to open up or see are files from the two previous days. There looked like two file names of the dates of Sunday Amy 9th and Saturday May 8th but the files look empty or not able to open. And now that I transfered the exsisting files to new folders the previous file names are no longer showing up and can not find.
What phone - iPhone, Samsung?
You mention Mac Book, so I am going to guess iPhone. Next question - how did you do a transfer?
I assume you still have DJI app. Have you noticed the following?
1. Open DJI app (Go4)
2. On bottom icon bar, click Editor icon
3. On top menu bar, click Album
4. Select any video
5. On bottom leftmost icon, click. This should allow a copy of that video to be sent to your Photos Album.
6. Transfer a copy from Photos to the device of your choice. I use a USB cable and any of the Photos files can by copied to my computer. |
