The Focus Handwheel 2 does not light up, the switch is on and I have resated the connections, in the instructions is states the Focus,Zoom and Appeture can be controlled in the DJI4 App where do I find that settings and How do I know is the Handwheel has the latest firmware

Update...from the home screen on the DJI4 App i have a slider that controls the zoom on the lens, its the Panasonic Lumix 14-42mm model  H-PS14042 , focus handwheel still doesnt light up or work at all

Hi there, sorry for the late response, did you connect Focus Handwheel 2 via the  DJI Focus Handwheel 2 Remote Controller Stand or the CAN Bus Cable?

It is attached via the cable from the controller stand to the back of the Transmitter

Did you remove the protective tape on the contact pins of the focus wheel?
Can you confirm that the connection to the stand is firm?
I had to replace the adapter screw (3/8 to 1/4) for one without a flange.
Other people have grinden the flange from the stand (part34)

WOW, How did I miss that......Thank you so much all good now, That plastic was not noticed at all no visible tab or color variations.........

Nice. Its indeed difficult to spot or to peal off.

Btw Modded the stand for better balance
