I was recently in Shenzhen, right after the launch of Mavic Air. I got myself one. I'm wondering what is the regulation DJI choses if my region is India. FCC or CE? This is to know what sort of max range I should expect from my drone.

Hi, there. Our drone will choose the certificate automatically when you reach the region. India follow CE mode in 2.4 G and 5.8 G will have a larger range. If you want to fly farther, please choose 5.8 G.

Please do not feel worry about that. Changing channels will not affect flight time.

Nope. There are no restrictions for carrying a drone on an airplane.
I have traveled withMavic Air within India on multiple occasions.
