And all my flights have been in high obstacle areas. For work I need to 1. Get as close as I can to the subject. As such can I stop the warning beeps and visual warnings? 2. Zoom in on a specific issue? I looked in the manual and didnt see anything. Before you roll your eyes just know this is just a practice drone. And I like it.

Aloha must mean we are from Hawaii, the sunny Union Jack of the USA.  The sun is most likely going to be your first issue!

For 2. (the zooming part):
You have to use the right stick and continue  to do 1.

My suggestion, in case you need video:
Zoom-in , in photo and tripod mode, switch to video if you are where you wanna be. Video!

Just like all Hawaiian language each word has multiple meanings. Aloha means thanks, good bye, hello, I love you, its a universal word here in the 808.

As you can tell I have been active here in the forum recently because of all the good info you all provide. This drone stuff is new to me so I have leaned on the experienced. Aloha and Mahalo for the help!

So just as you would expect viewing a phone or tablet in bright sun is difficult and there is plenty of bright sun in Hawaii. To date I use a black cloth or cape to through over my head and the phone, so I can see the screen.
You can't really see a Spark once it goes 50m or more, so you may as well be able to see the sceen of you phone or tablet. Just be careful flying backwards.
