I'm a big fan of the DJI brand.
I bought one of the first phantoms and at the time was very good.
I have now returned to buy ph3se and so far I am still very disappointed with the quality of both photography and video.
Stills poor resolution in quality resolution. Videos de jello effct even without wind there is always present.
My question for DJI is ... have to be me to find a solution to remove the jello effect?!

You can try ND filters to reduce jello.

? ND filter will reduce... how... through weight?
ND is a neutral density, just to correct color / light, right?
I do not understand, it must be my 4th flight with this equipment and I have to find a solution.

Nebuchadnezzar... tks a lot for sharing this info, I will try for sure.
I noticed that it is difficult to use the last 2 to 3 seconds before a stop, and sometimes it makes a difference in an edit.

Jello is caused by vibration of the camera. This can either be an imbalance in the props or a poor adjustment of the gimbal motors. Try running the camera on the ground and see if the gimbal is vibrating, if it is, then a firmware update is necessary to cure the problem If not, and it only occurs when flying, then you need to try and isolate the problem to either the gimbal or check for out of balance props.

No amount of adjustment of shutter speed or adding of filters will cure the problem.

Then that is evidence that the gimbal motors are hunting slightly, but AFAIK there is no way for you to adjust it. For that is needs to go back to DJI.

ok ... since it's not enough anymore the jello is now white pixel in the middle!
I choose to buy dji for trust and quality in the brand and this is what I get! I want a new phantom or my money back!

Your Phantom is still under Warranty, right ?
There are DJI dealers in Portugal, right ?
So, bring your drone back to the dealer and ask for repair/change.
Why are you complaining ?

Great. I don't think it's a pilot mistake, so DJI will replace/repair your drone for free.
Don't cry because your aircraft isn't 100% efficient... it appears sometime even with DJI.
