Indeed yes.  Some people complain that they are noisy.  Stood about 100 metres away the swish of the blades is noticeable, but not in an invasive way.  Sat in the car with the engine switched off, we couldn't hear them at all.
NB: My wife says I'm deaf, but that's purely selective hearing
