Hello DJI,
I have had my Osmo+ for 1 week, the first 3 days it worked great and then had problems.
The zoom will now not go over x2 (it was going to x7) and has to stop and focus lots in between zooming, also will not settle in focus.
When trying to zoom then lens is very noisy so makes me think an issue with the zoom lens motor.
I have tried old and new firmware with no difference.
I have tried all the resolution and video modes with no change.
I have a problem as i purchased in New Zealand and am now in europe for a long time and DJI support say warranty is not global but regional so i need to send back to New Zealand to get repair or replace? This seems crazy for such an international brand like DJI.
Thanks
Jake

Hi, there. I would recommend you flash the firmware for check. If the problem remains, please contact our support and start a case: http://www.dji.com/support . Sorry to tell you that if you buy in New Zealand, you have to send back to the place you bought for repair. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Hi Elektra,
Thanks for your reply.
I have already done this, as well as rever to older firmware and then back to the most recent firmware.
I will log a job as you suggest.
Thanks
