As part of trying to fix the FAILED FIRMWARE UPDATE which has BRICKED my Spark, I connected my Mavic Air to my Macbook to see if DJI Assistant would see it (because it doesn't see my BRICKED Spark), and this is what I get:



However when I click it, I get this, blank screen, for ever:




Any ideas? Short of throwing it out the damn window, which is how frustrating this is getting.

Hi there, please try to uninstall the app and install the latest DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.2 on the Mavic Air's website, it might help to solve the problem. https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads
