it seems that DJI no longer invests in Mavic Pro. Just in Mavic Air. I think every MP owner must stay on the most stable firmware until it changes to a newer model (mavic air .. or what we will get in the future)

Hello everybody!

I just update the firmware of my Mavic Pro and tested (catastrophic for the return image in my case). It looks like there is now a problem of codec or transmission and I've very bad results on the return of images of the smartphone.

Currently, I have:
Aircraft Firmware: V01.04.0300
DJI GO 4 Android App: v4.2.6

Could anyone tell me what is the latest stable firmware version and DJI go 4 for the Mavic Pro?
Also tell me how can I install this latest stable version and still use it? Because today, when I wanted to take off, he did not allow me, I had to update the firmware ...

you can downgrade firmware of AC using the assistant go back to 0100 it is the most stable.

Already tested and works perfect, thanks!
[ Android GO 4.2.6 and FW 01.04.0300 / S8+ Android 7.0 ]

Like I said on a previous post, this is not fixed:
"Fixed an issue where the photos captured in JPEG and RAW format cannot be downloaded"

Hi does this fix the app crash 2 or 3 times no matter what device your using even the ones that DJI say are compatible or how powerful your device?

Hi, on my case I already solved this annoying problem in a previous update, doing a clean installation and updating the firmware from DJI Assistant 2: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php? ... &page=11#pid1174984
Now with the latest version of GO and new firmware still without this problem after few batteries flown.
I normally switch my device to AIRPLANE mode before take off, disable the FAST CHARGING and close all open apps. After this, I switch on the remote & AC.

How do you do a 'clean' installation? I thought you could only update firmware on the AC from whatever the previous Version was/is.

I have tried everything.

Will fly the new update tomorrow.

My device is not an expensive one but has good hardware etc and modern software, Android Noug etc.  Thing warms up a bit.  Which may be an important indicator.

I updated, flew, and all is well.

This is incorrect. It is V01.04.0300

I find it concerning that DJI can't seem to get the Firmware Version number of the Controller correct!
Anything else been missed?

When I asked if MA features would be ported to the MP DJI Elektra said, " Please pay attention to the release note of next firmware of Mavic pro. We will inform user if the mavic pro support this feature. "

Feeling let down there are no new features for the (still more expensive) MP....

I find it very unprofessional for a professional multimillion dollar company , to specify the wrong update number for the controller. And not correcting this after all the reviews, that states or they dont read this post, or they dont care. Its very sloppy

And just think they are the ones programming your $1K drone to fly right. LOL
I can also place a pretty solid bet that all of us are the non-paid beta testers; I dont think they care if we crash due to a fw bug?!?! ha!
My #1 advice though is to calibrate the IMU after a FW update; ALWAYS!
My #2 advice is to fly low the first flight after and NEVER EVER NEVER do this over water.

I note that on always FW updates they writing this as possibility. Maybe to create a good behavior to that all user check this settings before fly after an update and not be surprised in case that happen.
This is the reason that would be nice if in the future we can have into the GO app a tool to export/import settings or flight profile: https://forum.dji.com/thread-129021-1-1.html

I now see this exact same problem.  The video transmission back to my mobile (tested with both my nexus 7 and pixel) both of which were working find.  Video transmission now is blotchy and erratic. Absolutely not a clean stream back to the remote.  However actual sd card video was fine.  What is everyone keeping as the stable firmware/GO versions?

I have updated fw on day it came. Today I was flying outdoors and everything works fine. No problems at all. I see al inteligent flight modes on iOS app, aircraft hovering in place, image is still and clear. I can't see any improvements FW on airplane and controller is 01.04.0300, iOS app (GO4) in version 4.2.6.

Hello dji , can you ask your engineers if following issue was actual solved by the .200 fw version?

Yellow flashing lights during flight of the mpp when in some higher winds which was caused by vibration apparently( saw some posts before and mine about it) .
I namely didnot notice these yellow flashing lights anymore , again thr green one , which according to manual are the correct ones.
I only want to know if that was solved with the newest fw?

It´s correct, are 3 different updates: 2 firmware update (Aircraft firmware and Remote firmware) and one day before also the DJI GO app is has updated. On each firmware update you need update the Aircraft (Mavic Pro) and the Remote. I prefer make this job with the computer using the DJI Assistant 2 ( https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads ), I connect the Aircraft, run the update and when finish start again the process with the Remote. Hope this helps.

I had the same issue after the firmware update for my Mavic Pro. The Intelligent flight button disappeared.

The dji upgrades are creating more bugs.

Updated from a firmware 7 versions back
Works well with the silent props and hopefully the mid air camera reset has been fixed
