This happened to me last week ! The drone veers left as I correct it and attempt to bring it forward back to me it starts to  then suddenly goes backwards hitting a branch and going over the waterfall etc never to be seen again ! Despite my attempts to find it in sub zero temp etc  and water last my waist I couldn’t find it ! I have contacted support and I have to say they have been first class in every way ! Prompt and courteous at every turn and I’m currently waiting for them to read the flight record and hope i get the outcome I wish for !
